We prepare budgets and project manage the complete construction. We work with designers, engineers & are respected in the industry by clients, peers, and trades. We have an excellent reputation and have consistently delivered quality and satisfaction. We will offer a Project Management Plan to suite your needs.

We are a Member of the National New Home Warranty program, and Member of the Home Protection Office. We carry Building Smart Certificates as part of our full-fledged training repertoire.

As the founder of Parkway Developments, Harold Beugelink began the business after 10 years of framing houses and apartments. He is a BCIT Graduate, receiving a diploma in Building Engineering Technology, as well as a Red Seal Journeyman Carpentry Certificate. He took his vast knowledge of the construction industry, and delved into building custom homes, as well as completing infill land developments. The business then grew into single family land development and continues to expand rapidly.

To date, Parkway Developments has built over 75 single family building lots, and in excess of 80 custom homes in total.
