Partial Project Management Plan
- Preliminary Project Review - Review your plans to determine benefits, such as view corridors, natural sunlight, construction budget issues, and lifestyle features. Issues such as neighbouring properties, city bylaws, Services such as sewers, water, hydro, tel, etc.
- Preliminary Construction Budget - Review your plans and specification wish list to ensure it works within your financial budget, example Cabinets, Flooring, Plumbing & Electrical Fixtures.
- Preliminary Project Management - Supply you with documentation that includes All the construction related specifications, such as type of lumber, windows,roofing materials, etc. Including also your wish list specifications such as types of Cabinets, Flooring, Fixtures, and Preliminary budgets relating to them.
At this point you will have a qualified Preliminary Budget including specifications. This can assist you with your builder, but hopefully by this time you will give us an opportunity to offer our Full Project Management Plan
